Best Cup Roasters uses the best Arabica beans and roasts them to the peak of natural sweetness.  This means there is not the bitter aftertaste that is common to some other well-known coffees.  The roasted beans can then be enjoyed for their own uniqueness, or can be blended.  The beans I use have been selected based on the flavor notes that make each coffee exceptional on its own.  When blended together as part of my “Signature Blend” the beans of each region complement and enhance each other, and the result is an exceptional cup of coffee.

 

 

Ideally, a cup of coffee should taste exactly like freshly ground coffee smells.  When I roast the different coffee varietals that go into my Signature Blend, I am always working to get as close to that goal as possible.
